No. Hawaii stays at UTC−10 year-round and does not observe DST. This means Hawaii is 2 hours behind Pacific time in winter but only 3 hours behind in summer.

Does Arizona observe Daylight Saving Time?

Most of Arizona does not observe DST and stays at Mountain Standard Time (UTC−7) year-round. The Navajo Nation within Arizona does observe DST.

What is the time difference between New York and Los Angeles?

New York is 3 hours ahead of Los Angeles year-round. Both observe DST on the same schedule, so the gap stays constant.

When does Daylight Saving Time start and end in the US?

DST begins on the second Sunday in March (clocks spring forward 1 hour) and ends on the first Sunday in November (clocks fall back 1 hour). Hawaii and most of Arizona do not participate.
